To port out a Dialpad number, you need a unique PIN associated with your number. This PIN, along with your account number, will allow your new service provider to transfer the number. Do not cancel your Dialpad account until the port out is complete and the new provider successfully ports in the number. To port out a single number, go to the provided website and enter the number you want to port out. Dialpad will generate a PIN for that number. For multiple numbers, go to the website and select the numbers you want to port out or use the "Select All" option. Enter a 4-digit PIN and select "Set Bulk Pin". Each ported-out number will share the same PIN. If you encounter any issues, contact Dialpad's Porting Support Team.
